DFC has worked on a number of independent films from consulting, to site location, special effects, and make-up.  Ironically, when we produced our own short film, we used very little special effects or make-up.  The film was written so that it would play for our patrons while they waited on line for our events.  Knowing this would be a very mixed audience, from ages 2-80, we didn’t want to throw gore and dismemberment at them.  So, we produced a 16-minutes horror film leaving most of the nastiness to the imagination.
