Here are some things from my Book of Shadows that I thought might be worth sharing. Much of this I developed on my own and so it reflects my needs and tastes. I think that's the key to ritual and spell work: it must connect to what you feel. If you use a component that you don't connect to the desired intent, then it'll lack the umph you were probably hoping for.
"You'll be a man my son..." - a poem by Kipling that a friend once sent me as a spirit lifter.
Desiderata - a message written in the late 1600's, the Desiderata contains a wonderful philosophy for approaching life.
Principles of Belief - this is the beginnings of a statement of faith, which I'm still working on.
Stone Cleanse and Clear - a simple ritual for clearing unwanted energies from stones.
Protection Sachet - a simple protection spell using herbs, stones, and a small blue bag.
Medicinal Herbs and Pregnancy - This is a list of what herbs are good or bad during pregnancy. Please use caution with this stuff. I'm merely an information source, not a trained herbalist or medical practitioner.
Creating Your Own Correspondence Charts - this is exactly what it sounds like. Here's the method I used to come up with my own charts.
